October 29  - Community Halloween Party – 4-6 pm, sponsored by the Baileyville Grange.  Bring your kids for a fun alternative to Trick or Treating.  Lots of treats available!

November 8 - Election Soup and Sandwich Sale at Fairbrook United Methodist Church.  Help support the Community Hall by purchasing home made vegetable beef soup and/or a ham or turkey sandwich. 
         Help Needed:
  • Donate a gallon of homemade vegetable beef soup -
  • Volunteer to sell soup/sandwiches.  3 hour shifts from 7 AM until items are gone.

October 1 - Chicken BBQ
12 noon - 6 pm, while supplies last! 
Wood fired, chicken BBQ.  Dinner includes 1/2 chicken, baked beans, roll, home made applesauce and desserts. Or you can buy just the chicken.

Dinners are $9.00 (includes chicken, baked beans, applesauce, roll and home made dessert) or if you want just chicken, it is $7.
No tickets are necessary - you pay at the door.

Volunteers Welcome!
  • Volunteer to help with advance preparations: making fresh, homemade applesauce (washing, cutting, cooking and pressing ap­ples) and donations of baked beans and baked goods for desserts.
  • On the day of, help with cooking the chicken (tend the fire, turn chicken racks, etc), packing up meals, setting up and cleaning up

Eat in or take out.  Great for that Football party or tailgate!

Dinner is $9 and includes 1/2 chicken, baked beans, home-made applesauce, roll, and dessert.  
Or you can buy just the chicken for $7
No Tickets Required, Pay at the Door

Chicken is cooked over wood coals, not charcoal so you get that wonderful smoky flavor.
Proceeds benefit the Hall's maintenance and renovation funds
